Step 1
Contact us and fill us in on all the details of your property and scope of the project. Send images, video, or anything you find helpful. We love hearing about ideas and where you are at in the process. Is this your first vacation rental? Have you scheduled any renovation work? Maybe the property is ready for a full furnishing setup & you just want to jump in the setup? We want to hear about what phase you are in with your new place, so don’t be shy. We’re all ears and excited for you!
Step 2
Let’s meet at the property. We’ll go over everything involved in taking your investment property or main home from where it is now all the way to where it needs to be for a successful venture. We will come up with a Project & Design plan to get this place launched. While we do not want to rush to the finish line, we do want to execute things in a nice, tidy timeline. Putting things in a right order from the start is a good way of getting all the details worked out successfully.
Step 3
After the Project & Design Plan is approved, we can begin work immediately! We like to jump in getting layouts, lists, & updates moving forward. Getting all of the furniture, necessities, thoughtful touches delivered to the home where we can begin final setup. Photos will be the final item on the list, once the home is camera ready & cleaned up, awaiting it’s first guest. Every home is a specialized project but making a timeline & sticking to it is our goal.
